Franchise Owner

Job Description

All of our Franchise Owners are handpicked and guaranteed to be successful. We are looking for people that are customer oriented, self managed and self motivated. Our Franchise owners can manage one truck or a fleet of trucks, each truck typically requires a Lead Customer Service Technician and a Support  Service Technician. Our owners spend much of their time scheduling their crews and managing their clients.

Lead Customer Service Technicians

Job Description

Lead Customer Service Technicians are responsible for the truck and the daily client list. The Lead Technician will be responsible for fulfilling the day's work load, assigning work to the Support Technician, client satisfaction and client billing. The Lead Technician will also be responsible for keeping customers informed of their progress and scheduling.

Support Service Technicians will work under the direction of the Lead Customer Service Technician. Support technicians will work on steam pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window washing, gutter repairs, job setup and clean up.
